Advice from 5 ladies here to make the best of an awesome weekend. We came here to celebrate our mother’s 60th birthday and celebrate we did! Our top recommendations of things to do:
1) Roll down the hill. Seriously! Let go, be a kid and tuck and roll. Fun for everyone (29-60 years). Caution do not do immediately after eating or drinking; nausea may ensue.
2) Light a fire and play washer toss (must bring or make your own)
3) Kayak – wait ‘til the wind dies down and just go… (evening is best)
4) Enjoy the spa, best at night with the coloured lights on
5) Rock in the hammocks
6) Walk the shoreline, do yoga down there and GET IN the water
Obviously we made good use of everything and challenge you to do the same! Sept 2014

July 2012 – Gorgeous view, great sunsets, perfect location. Close to attractions, shopping and golfing. You’ve thought of everything for the cabins and grounds. We would recommend Joey’s Seafood and strongly recommend New Glasgow’s Lobster Dinner. We really hope we can make it back here one day K & P Piper Surrey, B.C.

Sept 2014 Our stay here was awesome fabulous! I can see why Anne of Green Gables loves it here. We even had a shooting star make a glittering arch across the starry night. Even in days of deepest sorrow, I will remember these days and my spirit will burn with a new fire of hope. If you go to that breakfast place, get Jasmine tea. You will not regret it. August 2014 – This is 5 star cottaging! We never expected it to be so comfortable. Everything was just as we liked it. When it rained, we could just sit indoors and enjoy the views on every side. The island, too, was spectacular, so beautiful, clean and well cared for. To top it all, Judy was phenomenal – the cherry on top! To those who follow, enjoy – just as we did. W & P Oakville ON

May 2014 Marvellous accommodations; thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Extremely clean and very central to the entire island. Will recommend the cottages to friends and family that may be planning a trip here. A fall golf holiday would be spectacular!
